Depending on availability, orders are sent through our third party fulfillment partners in the USA, Canada Europe, Asia and Australia. Please also note that some products may not be available in your region and international rates will apply. A notification before you order in the Order Confirmation page will display under the product. If your delivery address is outside of these regions customs & duty may be applied when receiving the order. You may print out a copy of your purchase from your Order History.

Delivery rates are calculated on total package weight - this rate will be displayed in the checkout process.
Deliveries to Malta
There are two options available for Maltese customers:
- Local Pickup: You may pick up your order from our offices in Attard. Once your order is ready you may pick it up from our offices in Attard, Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm:

- Taiwan: Chinese name and Chinese address
- Brazil: CPF number
- Argentina: TAX number (CUIT)

Delivery Times
Once an order has been placed, please allow 3 to 4 days for processing and packing. Where possible a tracking number will be provided.
