Fateforge: Chronicles of Kaan App - Privacy Policy
This privacy policy is applicable to the Fateforge: Chronicle of Kaan app (hereinafter referred to as the "Application") for mobile devices, which was developed by Mighty Boards (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider") as a free service. This service is provided "AS IS."
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
User Provided Information
The Application does not require you to provide any personal information to use the Application. Registration with the Service Provider is not required.
Automatically Collected Information
The Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device's unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Application.
Does the Application collect precise real-time location information?
This Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.
Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and its service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways described in this Privacy Policy.

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
- As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process.
- When they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
- With trusted service providers working on their behalf who have agreed to adhere to this Privacy Policy and do not have an independent use of the disclosed information.
What are my opt-out rights?
You can halt all collection of information by the Application simply by uninstalling it using the standard uninstall process available on your mobile device or through the application marketplace.
Data Retention Policy
Managing Your Information
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. Automatically Collected Information will be retained for up to 24 months and may thereafter be stored in aggregate.
If you would like the Service Provider to delete User Provided Data, please contact them at support@mighty-boards.com. Requests will be handled within a reasonable time. Please note that some or all User Provided Data may be necessary for the Application to function properly.
Children
The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. If the Service Provider becomes aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, it will immediately delete that information from its servers. Parents or guardians who believe that their child has provided personal information should contact the Service Provider at support@mighty-boards.com.
Security
The Service Provider is committed to safeguarding your information through physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards. Access to personal information is limited to authorized employees and contractors who require it to operate, develop, or improve the Application. While reasonable efforts are made to protect your information, no security system can prevent every potential breach.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Application following any updates constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Malta without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta for any disputes arising from or relating to this Privacy Policy.

By using the Application, you signify your acceptance of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, you should not use the Application or any related services. Continued use of the Application following any changes that do not materially affect the use or disclosure of your personal information constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
